MSO Collection App is a mobile application designed by Paycable Solutions India Pvt Ltd for Multi Service Operator (MSO) collection agent management. The app is web portal-based and can be accessed from mobile web browsers or desktop/laptop browsers. It enables agents to search subscribers by various criteria such as name, address, mobile number, and Smart Card number. The app offers a systematic process for postpaid/prepaid collection list, paid/outstanding list, and easy monitoring of subscribers.

Moreover, subscribers can view their complete ledger accounts, including previous outstanding and current month bills with late payment charges if they have crossed the due date. The app sends instant SMS/email notifications to subscribers after updating their payments. The dashboard shows details such as the count of collections, complaints, customers deactivated, and total dues. With the app, agents can make payments with cash/cheque, and print receipts via Bluetooth printers.

MSO Collection App also features a complaint management system, where agents can search, update, and create new complaints for their customers. Additionally, the app allows subscribers to upload their photographs, photo IDs, and address proofs. They can also receive instant payment E-receipts via SMS & email.
